Caba Wins World Warrior #5 With an Unbeaten Run
The GodLike competitor claimed Event #5 and finished third in the Central America East ranking, securing a winners-side place in the eight-player Regional Final.
Represented by Bandits Talent Management and competing for GodLike Esports, Caba won Blink Battleground World Warrior 2026 Central America East #5 without losing a played set.
The online Street Fighter 6 tournament brought together 70 entrants on September 18. Caba navigated the full bracket with six played-set victories and one DQ advancement, closing the night as the last competitor standing.
His run began with 2–0 wins over Nelson V., HorakyRD and 360 Daiwa, with the bracket also recording a DQ advancement over AJMartinez. That path sent Caba into Top 8 from the winners side with no played-set losses.
The final stage opened with a 3–0 victory over Roy in Winners Semifinals. Molina then pushed Caba to the deciding game in Winners Final, but Caba closed the set 3–2 and kept control of the winners bracket.
Molina earned a second opportunity in Grand Finals. Caba responded with his cleanest statement of the night, winning 3–0 to take the championship without a bracket reset.
The victory added 50 points to Caba’s World Warrior campaign. Under the circuit’s best-three-results scoring, Blink Esports’ final ranking places him third with 105 points, behind Ferreras and Bryan-D. That position sends Caba into the Regional Final from the winners side.
The eight finalists are Ferreras, Bryan-D, Caba, Star Platinum, CrossoverRD, IWILLKEEELYOU, Molina and MonoPR. The top four seeds begin on the winners side, while seeds five through eight begin on the losers side. Only the Regional Final winner earns the region’s direct place at Capcom Cup 13.
For Bandits Talent Management, the result reflects the purpose of representation around competition: keep the player prepared, supported and focused while every tournament builds toward the larger season objective.
